Hi! My name is Kayla and I am the founder of R&B Charcuterie.
As a mom of two young boys with a serious passion for luxury grazing I started our family company in 2021. During the pandemic my husband and I began making charcuterie boards at home as we lost our date night tradition thanks to Covid. With juggling our careers, our boys, Roman, 2 and Brody, 4 on top of trying to sane during quarantine we reinvented our date night at home.
Our business was founded during such a crazy time in the world but also established with so much love. We busted out of quarantine eager to share with our friends and family what we were busy creating and before we knew it became much more than an at home hobby.
I soon branched out into building boards of all kinds, pescitarian, vegan, brunch, dessert, etc. I could go on forever as I love to style food and explore new flavors. As our menu grew so did my passion for teaching others. I was always answering questions about how to cut something or what I would pair the latest wine with so we birthed the idea of charcuterie workshops, or what I like to call R&B Sessions.
Through word of mouth and a supportive community we've grown tremendously in our first year of business and look forward to many, many more years to come. We are located in Macomb but service most of Metro-Detroit. We look forward to grazing with you! Cheers!
